Pcsx2 Save Game - Location

If you installed PCSX2 using the standard executable installer on Windows, your user files are stored separately from the core application files to comply with Windows security permissions.

If you installed PCSX2 in a system folder (like Program Files), Windows might sometimes move your saves to a "VirtualStore" location due to permission issues: C:\Users\YourUsername\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\Program Files (x86)\PCSX2\memcards

You can have multiple memory cards (Mcd001.ps2, Mcd002.ps2) and swap them within the PCSX2 settings. B. Savestates (.pss) pcsx2 save game location
