If you've lost the administrator password, you must reset the camera to factory defaults. Power off the camera, press and hold the control button on the rear panel, reconnect the power cable while holding the button, and continue holding until the status indicator turns yellow (up to 15 seconds). Release the button and wait up to one minute for the indicator to turn green, then reinstall the camera.
