You enter your code, the lock confirms it by displaying "Good" or "OPEN" , and you hear a beep. However, when you turn the handle, the door remains stubbornly shut.

If you have replaced the batteries with brand-new alkalines, waited out the lockout period, and still receive an error code, you may be dealing with a corrupted lock memory or a mechanical failure.
